CUSTOM MADE JEWELRY

Custom made jewelry is non-refundable due to the nature of the items. However, should the mount fail, and/or the stone becomes dis-lodged (due to proven normal wear only), Trillium Dream Custom Jewelry will remount the stone or remount a similar same size stone(purchased at customers expense). The item must be shipped back at the customers expense. Once the item is received and a faulty mount is evidenced, Trillium Dream Custom Jewelry will reset the stone and ship the item back to the customer. This is a limited warranty and only lasts for 7 days after customer's receipt of the item. 

JEWELRY NOT CREATED BY TRILLIUM DREAM CUSTOM JEWELRY

Mass produced/manufactured jewelry, not created by Trillium Dream Custom Jewelry, has a limited warranty of 7 days from the date of delivery for manufacturer error. The item must be shipped back at the customers expense. Once the item is received and manufacture error is evidenced; Trillium Dream Custom Jewelry will send a replacement of the exact item with free shipping.
