Shipping Policy

All manufactured/ready to purchase jewelry include free shipping in the US. All jewelry shipped from the US will follow the estimates given by the carrier.(see below) For items that are shipped from outside of the US, the shipping times may vary from 14 days - 60 days. Should a order take longer than the estimated 60 days, please contact trillium.dreams@gmail.com.

Trillium Dream Custom Jewelry processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and/ or shipped the following business day.

We will not process or ship orders on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, MLK Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.

In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, Trillium Dream Custom Jewelry does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.

Custom Designed Jewelry

Custom designed jewelry items/pieces from the "Available Stones" or "Available Settings" includes free shipping. Custom pieces will be shipped via regular shipping unless otherwise stated and purchased by the customer. 

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, you may experience delivery delays but we are committed to getting your jewelry to you as soon as possible.

* Above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so we cannot be liable or held responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that we will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.
